Athletes 13 and over: $100 for 12 sessions.
AthletePlus has donated coverage of tournaments and physical therapy services to Ozark players that have totaled thousands of dollars. Please help Ozark continue to receive these services by having your players train and get physical therapy at AthletePlus. AthletePlus is the official sports performance and physical therapy provider for Ozark. Our trainers have worked with the LadyBacks and another is a former Razorback strength coach for 10 years. We have a LadyBack that just finished her career also assisting with training.
Physical Therapy will be accepting insurance and seeing patients in the next month. We will have flexible hours for Ozark athletes, including during practice times.
Where: We are across from the volleyball courts to the left of the front entrance in the All-Star Sports Arena. We offer training for ages 8 and up in all sports.

Sports Performance professionals: Chris Cothern, a licensed physical therapist and state director of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Chris has consulted with the Ladybacks to prevent knee injuries and increase core strength. Brent Lale is a former Razorback and Bentonville High School strength coach with a wide variety of experience training athletes.

Owner and Director of Physical Therapy: Chris Cothern MSPT, CSCS Chris has bachelors degrees in Health Sciences and Microbiology with a minor in Psychology, a Masters Degree in physical therapy, and is currently a candidate for a Doctorate degree in physical therapy. He is also the Arkansas state director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Chris' interests include sports performance, sports medicine, personal training for active individuals and those returning from injury, and online training. Chris has developed AthletiCoreTM Training, which is a program for the core muscles to assist in preventing injuries and improving performance. Chris is the founder and owner of AthletePlus Sports Performance and Physical Therapy, located next to the fitness center in All-Star Sports Arena.
