Kurt Matthews - Head Volleyball Coach at Oglethorpe University Atlanta, GA
Kurt was the Director for Ozark Juniors from 2002-2005 before accepting a position in Atlanta in the fall of 05'. He oversaw the devleopment of the club from 11 returning members to over 400.

Chris Poole - Head Volleyball Coach - Florida State University
Career At the University of Arkansas: Anyone trying to understand the reason behind the University of Arkansas’ unprecedented success on the court doesn’t have to look any further than head coach Chris Poole. Since arriving in Fayetteville in 1993, Poole personally handled every element of building the program from buying the first pieces of equipment, hiring the assistants and recruiting the players to renovating the court and building locker room facilities. The results have been nothing short of phenomenal.
Since 1994, the first season Arkansas fielded a volleyball team, Poole has led the Lady Razorbacks to nine Southeastern Conference Western Division titles. Add to that eight postseason appearances - two NIVC and six NCAA - along with the SEC Tournament title and numerous individual player honors.

Holly Watts - Assistant Coach at Florida State University
Career at University of Arkasnas: Holly helped guide the Arkansas volleyball program to its highest level since joining the staff in April of 1996. She is the Associate Head Volleyball Coach at The University of Arkansas.
The Lady Razorbacks have played to a 1196-69 record, seven Southeastern Conference Western Division titles and six NCAA Tournament appearances with Watts in the second chair. Her hard work and commitment to the program was rewarded at the conclusion of the 2002 season when she was promoted to Associate Head Coach.
Watts was invited to assist with the U.S. National Team for several weeks in the summer of 1998, working with the country’s elite volleyball players. While busy with the day-to-day demands of the Lady Razorback program, Watts also founded the Ozark Juniors, a club program, in the northwest Arkansas area. Ozark Juniors plays an inter-state schedule and provides playing opportunities for several ages. Watts is now serving on the board and handles paperwork for Ozark Jrs. which continues to expand with each season.
As an athlete, the former Holly Graham helped Texas to national dominance and was the Lady Longhorns’ MVP as a senior. An all-conference pick, she was an all-SWC and all-SWC Tournament selection as well as being named to the all-South region team in her final year. She went on to play basketball in her final year before graduating with a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology from UT in 1994.
Jessica Field-Phelan - Head Volleyball Coach - Fayetteville High School - Former Division All American The University of Arkansas. Participated with the US National Team Program. Receipent of the prestigious Boyd McWhorter Award for outstanding SEC Female Athlete (Academics and Athletics)
