2009 Summer Volleyball Camps

The All Star Sports Arena (ASSA) located out of Springdale, AR, the Mid South region's premier indoor multi sports facility.

2nd-9th Grade Individual Volleyball Camp
Camp I - (June 8-10) and Camp IV - (July 20-22)
For all skill levels, this camp focuses on individual skill development such as passing, setting, hitting, blocking, and serving. Strength and conditioning is incorporated daily.
Cost:
Per Session: $25
For One Day: $40 (Monday – Wednesday)
For All Three Days: $110 (Monday-Wednesday)
For Both Camps (Camp I and Camp II): $190
Time:
Session I: 9am - 11:30am
Lunch: 11:30am - 12:30pm (Concessions Available)
Session II: 12:30pm - 2:30pm

Position Camp 3rd - 12th Grade Camp II (June 11-12) and Camp III (July 9-10)
This camp focuses on individual positions such as hitter, setter, and defensive specialist. Strength and conditioning is incorporated
Cost:
For One Day: $55 (Thursday – Friday)
For Both Days: $100 (Thursday – Friday)
For Both Camps (Camp I and Camp II): $175
Session 1: 9:00 am – 11:30 am
Lunch: 11:30am – 12:30pm (Concessions Available)
Session 2: 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
Specialty Clinics
Libero: Serving/Passing/Defense - You can never get enough of the basics. After all, serving and passing are two of the most important parts of the game. You will learn more advanced skills while increasing consistency.
Setting: All aspects of setting will be taught including footwork, body positioning, proper delivery, running the offense, and being an effective leader. This clinic will be at the same time as the hitting clinic so setters will have someone to set. See below for date, time, cost, etc.
Hitting/Blocking: Will focus on approach and arm swing. It will cover transition and hitting different sets such as a quick attack. It will also cover blocking technique including footwork, penetration, and hands to take blockers to the next level. This clinic will work with the setters clinic so we can put it all together - set, hit and block. |

To register, please fill out a 2009 Summer Volleyball Camp Registartion Form prior to the Camp. Registration can be done at the ASSA or forms can be mailed along with a check made to ASSA to the following address:
