Developing Athletes, Leaders, and Opportunities     Tournament Information   Coaches Meeting: There will be a madatory coaches meeting at 7:30 am. It will be held in the Hospitality room located by Court 2. Facility Rules:      Admission Fees: Adults:  $3.00 for the day Students ages 6-18:  $1.00 per day 6 and Under:  No charge    Rules: No outside food or drink allowed in the All Star Sports Arena . Concessions available. No coolers allowed in the Sports Arena; water and sport drinks only on courts. Outside chairs are permitted in seating area. Spectators must remain in seating area only. Weight room and walking track are off limits. Location: All Star Sports Arena (ASSA): Directions (click here)   Check-In: Check-in will be held one hour before each session of pool play begins on at the Team Check-In Table located at the entrance of the All Star Sport Arena or any other gym used for the event.  Please bring your final rosters if there are any changes.  Changes to rosters after the start of each session will not be accepted.  Format:  (Dependent upon number of entries/age divisions) Tournament is all day Saturday (4 Games Guaranteed) Best 2 of 3 games to 25, NO CAP, 3rd game to 15, NO CAP unless stated differently. Warm Up:  2(Shared)-4-4 Minutes each team to include serving.  No shared hitting. Officiating  •  Paid Up Refs Provided •  Teams are required to have an officiating crew consisting of:      2 lines, 1 scorekeeper, 1 tracker, 1 down official **If you lose during bracket play you must stay and ref the following match on that court unless stated diferently. Officiating Penalties Failure to provide the officiating crew (two lines, one scorekeeper, one tracker and down official) for your assigned matches could result in the forfeit of the first game of your next match.  A coach must be present at court site during the entire officiating assignment and is considered part of the officiating crew.  For every minute the officiating crew is late or incomplete, one point will be given to their next opponent (up to 25-0 forfeit).  The clock starts at match time.  The second offense results in the loss of your next match.   Tie-Breaking Procedures:   2 teams tied for First Place:               Head to Head 2 teams tied for Second Place: One play-off game to 15, NO CAP at the end of pool play the losing team of the last match will officiate. 2 teams tied for Third Place:             One play-off game to 15, NO CAP at the end of pool play, the losing team of the last match will officiate 3 teams tied for First Place:               Head to Head, if still tied, then seed by point differential (total points scored subtracted from total points scored against). 1st place will win by seeding. 2nd seed vs. 3rd seed will play a one game playoff to 15, NO CAP, with the 1st place team officiating. This game will immediately follow pool play.   3 teams tied for Second Place:         Head to Head, then seed by point differential (total points scored subtracted from total points scored against).1stseed officiates 2ndseed vs.3rdseed in a one-game playoff to 15, NO CAP. 1stseedwill then play the winner of that game to 15, NO CAP with the loser of the preceding playoff game officiating. The winner of the second playoff game will be 2ndin the pool, the loser of the second playoff game will be3rdin the pool and the loser of the first playoff game will be4thin the pool.     Awards: 1st and 2nd place, Individual award
