This is a Stay and Play tournament so team members are required to stay at this hotel as part of the tournament requirements.

Hotel Details: Rooms with two double beds, $135 per night, $13 parking, Connected to Convention Center by enclosed walkway
To make your reservation, please do the following:
Contact THS by calling 888-536-TEAM (8326). Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (ET) Saturday 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Provide your confirmation number to the representative. You will need to have your credit card information available.
Booking deadline is March 8. Last day to make any changes for week 1 is April 19 and for week 2 is April 20.

A block of rooms for this tournament have been set aside for the group as a convenience. You are responsible for making your own individual reservation within the group block or you are welcome to make your own arrangements if you choose to do so. You are not required to stay at this hotel, unless your coach instructs the team to stay together.

Hotel Details: Suites with two queen beds, $95 per night, indoor pool and breakfast included

You should receive a File number and Password by email from your coach. If you do not, please contact me at ozarkjuniorstravel@yahoo.com to obtain it. You will need this information to make your reservation.

Step 2) Click “Add Booking” to make an individual reservation. Please make sure that all the information is accurate before accepting the individual cancellation policy and clicking submit. After you have submitted your reservation online you cannot edit your booking. To make changes to your reservation, please call us toll free at 1-866-861-TEAM (8326). Please have your file # (19155) on hand.
All reservations must be submitted no later than 2PM Pacific Standard Time on
April 8, 2010. Any rooms not booked by this time will be released and may only be available after that time at the regular rate.
