If you have any questions regarding hotels, please contact us at ozarkjuniorstravel@hotmail.com.  We do not provide log in information (file numbers, passwords or Reservation Numbers) on this site.  You will be emailed that information by your coach.  This is to be sure that nobody outside our group books within our block.

To make your reservation, please do the following:

You should receive a File number and Password by email from your coach.  If you do not, please contact me at ozarkjuniorstravel@yahoo.com to obtain it.  You will need this information to make your reservation.

Step 1) Click Submit
Step 2) Click “Add Booking” to make an individual reservation. Please make sure that all the information is accurate before accepting the individual cancellation policy and clicking submit. After you have submitted your reservation online you cannot edit your booking. To make changes to your reservation, please call us toll free at 1-866-861-TEAM (8326). Please have your file # on hand.

All reservations must be submitted no later than 2PM Pacific Standard Time on
February 24, 2010.  Any rooms not booked by this time will be released and may only be available after that time at the regular rate. 

Gold Heart, Kansas City, MO, March 13-14, 2010

Hoosier Mideast National Qualifier, St. Louis, MO, March 19-21, 2010

This is a Stay and Play tournament so team members are required to stay at this hotel as part of the tournament requirements.

Teams Attending:  13-1, 14-1, 16-1

Hotel Details:  Rooms with two double beds, $99 per night, $14 parking, non-smoking, 1 mile from convention center

Instructions for adding reservation:

1. Go to http://www.advancedeventsystems.com/Hotel/UpdateReservation.aspx
2. Enter the e-mail address associated with the reservation (ozarkjuniorstravel@yahoo.com). 
3. Type in Reservation # 
4. You will receive the Reservation # from your coach.  If you do not, contact me at ozarkjuniorstravel@yahoo.com to obtain it. 
5. A summary of the reservation will appear.
6. From this page, identify the room type you would like to add your rooming list to. Be sure to check the check in and check out dates.
7. Click on any square beside your desired room type. (The amount of space left in each room is indicated in the squares by the numbers and color. For example, red and 4/4 means the room is full, no color and 0/4 means the room is empty) Clicking the square will take you to the Individual Room Info page for that room number where you can enter your rooming list.
   **You will need to type one person per row. Please make this as accurate as possible for check in and security purposes.
8. Type in your credit card information. No one has access to your credit card information except for the hotel. AES’ web site is secure using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption
9. Click update.

Hotel Details:  Rooms with two double beds, $135 per night, $13 parking, Connected to Convention Center by enclosed walkway

Provide your confirmation number to the representative.  You will need to have your credit card information available.

Booking deadline is March 8.

Delta Qualifier, Memphis, TN, May 1-2, 2010

A block of rooms for this tournament have been set aside for the group as a convenience.  You are responsible for making your own individual reservation within the group block or you are welcome to make your own arrangements if you choose to do so.  You are not required to stay at this hotel, unless your coach instructs the team to stay together.

Hotel Details:  Suites with two queen beds, $95 per night, indoor pool and breakfast included
