Check-In: Team check-in will be completed online.
The tournament will NOT be canceled due to weather. Please use your own judgement.
We seem to be at the height of a Covid surge right now. There are currently no mask mandates at any of the facilities we are using for this tournament. It would be impossible for us to enforce a mask mandate. However, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE everyone to wear masks. Players do not need to wear masks while actively playing, but can choose to. We are leaving this up to everyone’s discretion, but we are asking everyone to please do their part to ensure the health and safety of all participants and spectators. We all have a personal responsibility to protect ourselves and those around us.
We do not have spectator limits at this time. Again, we would strongly encourage everyone to make good decisions in regards to spectators. We know that every parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, sibling wants to be able to watch their athlete play, however, we encourage you to self-limit the number of spectators, especially those at high risk. We do not have Baller TV available at this event, however, we encourage you to live stream via Facebook live or other platforms so people can watch.
When your team is not playing, we urge your team and spectators to leave the court area. Many of the facilities have limited spectator space outside of the playing area. Some will have open courts available. We are expecting bad weather on Saturday unfortunately, so going outside will be difficult. Please just do the best you can to limit overcrowding.
Please be aware that parking at the ARVH Athletics facility is limited. Please make your teams aware of the following:
Do not park in the church parking lot directly across the street from the facility. They have their services on Saturday and they have a no tolerance policy (they will tow, boot, ticket, etc. without warning).
Do not park in the Sherwin Williams parking lot (next door) until after 2:00 p.m. If their gate is still open, do not park there.
Parking on the grass is allowed.
AAO SOUTH PARKING
Overflow parking is located at the south side of the building at the Washington County Fairgrounds. Please do NOT park in the appartment building complex as you will be towed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but wanted to head off any potential problems.
