SHAWN DANIELS

Attorney Shawn B. Daniels has been practicing law for over 30 years. Shawn is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Oklahoma. He began his legal career in 1991 in Ardmore, Oklahoma, after attending law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Shawn married into a long-time Fayetteville family, so it was only a matter of time before Shawn would return to Arkansas to help injured Arkansans. He soon became a partner in a prominent Arkansas law firm before ultimately managing Hare Wynn’s Fayetteville office in Fayetteville. In 2018, Shawn opened Daniels Law Firm.

Shawn has been married to his wife, Dana, since 1991. They are parents to 3 grown children and recently became grandparents. Shawn is heavily involved in the community. From coaching his children’s sports teams to serving as an elder in their Church to serving on the board of directors of Ozark Juniors Volleyball Club, Shawn believes in giving back.

Don Cox

Don Cox has been involved with the sport of volleyball in the NWA area for many years. He is one of the first people who started the adult program in this area. Don runs not only the indoor adult volleyball program, but the outdoor as well. He is also the accountant for Ozark Juniors Volleyball Club.

Donald grew up in South Arkansas. He spent a few years in Camden, Magnolia and El Dorado, then back to Camden until relocating to Fayetteville to attend the University of Arkansas. He quickly discovered the beauty of Northwest Arkansas and never returned to South Arkansas.

Don met his wife, Christi, while working at McDonalds, in 1991. They married in 1995 and now have 4 amazing children: Brad Gray, Cory, Caleb and Chloe Cox.

Growing up Donald always has a way with numbers so accounting was a natural major while attending U of A. Right out of college he purchased a small practice in Prairie Grove, AR and operated it until 1991. Later, he went to work at Downing and Associates in Springdale until 2003 when he and Christi purchased what is currently Cox Accounting Services LLC on Huntsville Rd in Fayetteville and added another practice in Springdale the following year. Over the years he has had several colleagues retire and entrust their clients to Cox Accounting Services LLC for continued care.

Knack for bringing together the industry's best talent combined with unique business models to address unmet needs for CPG companies. Waitsman has successfully launched three retail agencies in Northwest Arkansas over the past 25 years. Six years ago, he established OneStone Solutions Group.

"Over the years, I have learned the value of a thriving local public school system. It is the foundation of a healthy community. We moved here 25 years ago and raised three children in Fayetteville Public Schools, and they are all excelling as college students and young professionals. They would each tell you that their education prepared them well and encouraged them to pursue their ambitions. The public schools across our region have the power to impact the trajectories of all children who walk through their doors. I’m thankful for the many others over the years who have made sure our schools remain exceptional through their donations."
